We accept payment from Paypal and all major credit cards including, Visa, American Express, Mastercard and Discover. All payments are processed using the Paypal checkout system which will give you the option to pay with your existing Paypal account or a debit/ credit card.

All payments are secure as PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information during it's magical journey through cyberspace using Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits. (Technical jargon but, basically means your details are safe!)

All orders are processed, packed and shipped Monday-Fridays (excluding National holidays) from the UK.

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3. working days of payment.

For our UK customers we offer FREE P+P . This complimentary service is available on all items from our store and uses Royal Mail. Depending on the value of the item, your order will be sent using tracked services either 'Royal Mail SIGNED FOR' or 'SPECIAL DELIVERY'. Delivery is expected usually between 1-3 days from dispatch.

We ship WORLDWIDE so you can order from any corner of the globe!
Our aim is to offer fair P+P costs to our valued customers overseas so we have applied a flat rate shipping price meaning whether you order one item or 5 you will pay the same amount. All items are sent using ROYAL MAIL from the UK. The shipping option depends on the value of your purchased item and the services we use include: Standard Airmail/ International 'Signed For'/ Airsure or Parcelforce Global.  Rates are as follows:

EUROPE: £4.00

Depending on your country delivery usually takes between 4-10 days.

*NOTE: For international customers it is important for the buyer to be aware of customs/ duty taxes specific to their own country that may be applicable when ordering from overseas. We as the seller are not responsible for any charges that may be incurred with regards to customs/ duty fees.

Our focus is to have HAPPY customers and we understand the limitations that come with shopping online~  For example you can't try on the clothing or see it in the flesh before you buy so we aim to help when there is a problem or you simply have a change of heart.

We will offer a full refund or exchange on UNWORN/ UNDAMAGED items upon their return to us. We request that you contact us by email or our contact form within 7 days of receiving your item to notify us if you wish to return and we will provide you with our postal details. When the returned item has been received we will issue your full refund. Please note that cost of the return postage is at the buyer's expense and we do advise that you use a service that provides tracking.
